I love how they also make it clear "if we don't complete this call your card is still active" :( ![]() On call 3 I finally got through and a rep told me he was putting in to cancel my card and refund me the $8.50 due on 6/5. I just called again today and was hung up on twice - once I say I want to cancel we get "disconnected". I keep paying the $8.50 because, as we know, they have the power to screw up my credit report with a missed payment. I lost count on the number of times I have been hung up on. The minute I realized it I started calling Credit One to cancel the account because there is nothing on their app or website to cancel. I quit using it, took me a few months to realize I was being charged $8.50 per month for the card. I have had their Credit One Platinum card for over a year. ![]()
